ESS - Quality Title ??

I find nothing on the search. These guys called me to get me into their database. Now that I have their "notary package" I'm thinking they're a SS not a TC as I first thought? There letterhead says they're located in Independence, Ohio. Any info would be great. TIA.

I received an enrollment package. They pay 1/2 fee for loans that rescind. I have decided not to sign up with them.

Yep, read that..I also don't take half fees for a borrower's change of mind. There were a few other things I didn't care for in their package. When they contacted me they represented themselves as a TC.

Funny, they called me too! They must be expecting some serious business in MD coming up in the near future. They are going to have to learn how to pay for rescinded loans if they want to be successful around here. The lender should really be paying these fees in the end...
