Escrow Support Services

Has anyone ever heard of Escrow Support Services or Quality Title Company? I just got some of their registration docs and after reading them, lets just say my spider-sense is tingling. Anyone got a good or bad experience with them?

I've made up my mind. I'm not going with them and they have been added to my personal "Bad rep" list. Thanks Dorothy for confirming my spider-sense wasnt just buggin out.
