Excel signing services

Anyone heard of this company? I am having an issue, check was sent to me and cashed on 12/27 for a higher amount. Oversite on my part. Received call today and the company says that I received their check but it had my name on it as the agent. Had they sent me their check for the closing I would have noticed that I had the borrowers name already checked off as being paid. So I am guessing that they never cut my 90 check. Has anyone ever had this happen to them. What do I do? Do I return money to the company, do another closing for free?

Apparently I cashed both??? Signatures do not look the same but what can you do!!! That stinks!

Have them send you a copy of the checks, you want to look at the backs, see where they were cashed.
