$25.00 is what I charge. Anything over 20, I add another

$25.00.

I do not charge additional for the 1st 20 documents. However, I do have a $25.00 fee for faxed documents over 20.

I think it depends on if the # is toll free or not. I don't mind 10 or so pages to a toll-free number but when I have to pay for the long distance that's a different story.

I wouldn't charge anything for 8-12 pages.

Cali, you're nicer than I am. 5 or more pages and I charge. Brenda said it best, it's not the paper, etc. It's the time.

It's so rare that I have to do faxbacks that I figure it's easier just to suck it up once every couple of months than to argue with somebody about fees. If I had to do it on a regular basis I might feel differently.

I would see faxing 8-12 pages a smaller amount of time invested than calling/ explaining
why you'd owe me money for faxing back.
