I'm from Alabama About fees: I have an application to fill out, some of the questions for fees are: Fee: Overnight docs 1st $____ , 2nd $____ Fee: E-docs + Print fee 1st $____, 2nd $____ Fee: Purchase 1st $_____, 2nd HELOC $_____, Basic Printing fee $____
Basic fees, what all does it cover? I started doing the signings in Feb. 2006, I done 4 and as far as I know they were successful.

When I started two years ago, I did major research on lots of sites to see what the going rate was. I read so much about companies asking sa's to do signings for $40 and $50 and how that was cutting the throat of other sa's. I agree we need to be organized. If one sa in an area will take those aptmts for a low fee it hurts all. Find a happy medium and work from there. Also starting for a lesser fee helps to build customer base. I started at $65 for within 20 miles and addt'l fee for edocs. After about 6 months, I raised my fee to $80. Some complained but I now have others who propose to pay me more than my $80 base fee. I currently have a customer base of over 100 so apparently my fees are not too high.
