By the way, I consider your Texas humor refreshing. I get it. As for just posting with no message, the Susan from Lake Arrowhead also tried that and she got blasted. Here let me fill you on the board ... You will notice that there are fan favorites. They are the rulers of the kingdom. What they say goes. You remember the popular click in high school? Same thing.

not one of your prettier moments charm. I expect more from you than to respond in a negative way. Paw, Sylvia and others that I respect here and other boards are not so ugly. I am the last one to point a finger ... but I watch those I look up to and well.. you pretty little pedistal is starting to droop hunny.

The "click" thing guys only works if you let them! This is our boards and as a whole we must remember we are all part of this ... we make it / we break it.... either way its all of ours!

I disagree with you. No one except Harry is ruler of the board.

Some posters, like Charm_AL; BrendaTX; PAW_FL; etc. deserve respect for their knowledge and contribution (yes I am saying that even though I've been ostracized from them).

I doubt any notary public here is so numb that they can't think for themselves and have to follow the "rulers". This is not high school! It's about professional people trying to network.

I may stand alone on this opinion. But it's just that..... an opinion.

No my post were out of line...

I am not a 30 year notary pro by any means. But I read post after post and its the same thing "deadbeat" "collections" ... I looked in to some of these companies in pretty great detail. If some of these people on here did they would probably go in shock as to whom they are dealing with.
Not all but a good many of the post about "BAD PAYING COMPANIES" I dont know the acctual percentage but the majority of them are based in California. If you go through Register.com...
Several of these Signing agent companies have folded one up and started another. My thoughts on that are: Did they get a bad rep for not paying and have to switch names ? Who can tell there is no one governing them. Scarry thought right there !
And as for humor, yes we are all professionals, but there are sometimes if you didnt let loose a little you would have to cry.
As for the click thing.. <shrug> There is a Country Club 100 yards from my house I DONT GO THERE EITHER.

In any business venture that generates money for services or goods , there will always be deadbeat companies that you may come across. People discuss it here to either give advice to others, or to seek the same for themselves. Posting numerous irrational threads about deadbeat companies is not going to make them go away, it only makes you look unprofessional to the companies that are here.

Holy Moley.....this board has sunken to new lows. Just a suggestion for Ray and Judy. Now's the perfect time to start your own board and become rulers supreme. Pollute the internet any way you like, but I, for one would appreciate it if you did it elsewhere. Not trying to be nasty, just looking for some relief from the junk posts. How sophomoric of you...
