Fox Signing Services

Has anyone else had a problem getting paid from Fox Signing Services?
I have done six closings for them and have not been paid. They sent one check in March for January and then stopped payment because I was unable to download docs in March for another closing. I have sent "Notice to Owner" to all concerned including the Mortgage companies. Fox was paid but has not paid me.

the owner took me off their list when I would call them after no payment in 30 days. She was pissed that I did not "trust" them paying me on time. I told her to be my guest. I wouldn't work them anymore.

I had to send a friendly e-mail to the accts payable person (Jill I believe) and a check was sent immediately. I asked if the invoice I sent them was not opening correctly and sent another via e-mail. Good Luck, I think they will pay you.

As an afterthought, I did approach it as if it were MY Mistake, that the possibility existed that MY file (invoice) did not open on their computer, therefore how could they pay me?? This put the "bad" on me and maybe that's why they paid, because of my humility. Silly but effective. I found them very easy to work with overall. Goos Luck once again...

Sounds like a good plan for collecting...

I do piggyback's for them and they always meet my fee. But, they are a 45-60 day company which is why I charge them more than othersSmile Your notice should get thier attention. Good Luck with it...

They stopped payment on a check?

Because you weren't able to download docs for a completely different signing? That makes absoultely no sense, but if they really did that then they're bigger scumbags than I thought they were.
