I did a closing for them in February and when I called (317-585-0140) I got a phone company recording the number was disconnected and no further information was available. Street address: 4321 East 82nd St, Suite E, Indianapolis 46250

I'm from Indy. I have a phone book here that shows their phone number is 844-8355 and their address as 8900 Keystone Crossing, Indpls. Hope this helps.

I did a closing for them in Nov. I just looked up their info in my files hoping to find you another # ,but I have the same info as you posted. There is a fax # listed on my conf. of 317-585-0145. They were one of the good ones, too! They paid in 11 days! Good luck!

They are out of business- they outsourced title work for states they were not licensed in to my company and we were told as of 3/15 they were closing.
I don't have any additional info to forward on that would help anyone get paid.

I have found out for payment issues call Jina at SMS Capital 248-799-4000 and fax 248-331-1236. The Franklin invoices "are being reviewed" by the boss there prior to payment.
