Good Morning Everyone...How was your evening?

I got called at 9:30 last night to do a signing. (I was already in my PJ's.) They were desperate and I guess I was too. I had 3 cancel since Friday. I took it and we started signing around 11:15. It was the quickest signing I have ever done. I told them about the right to cancel and said we need to be done signing by 12:00 or we have a whole other set of problems. We jumped in and got it done.
Man I am whipped today. This coffee taste good.

EOM is just getting into full swing for me. I will be title closing for the rest of the week. Actually, I gotta go right now and head into "work". (Mixed emotions)

I had 7 closings yesterday with the last one at 10:00 PM. I was up until 3am faxing, splitting packages and preparing airbills. I dont usually drink coffee, but I need some today!

For once I'm in agreement with the rest of you. Usually I'm envious of people who have great EOM's, but this time I'm one of them. It was the best EOM I've had in 2 and 1/2 years in this business, and some of it, for some reason, is still spilling over onto today and tomorrow. It's nice to have some money coming in all at once!

I wish mine were as easy as yours campers.

My day... and evening were jam packed with problems. Every file closed... but none of them closed smoothly. Each one was worse than the one before!

Sometimes you wonder if its better to have problems all night or cancellations? I know I would rather have the $$$.
