Good morning Notaryville! Last night's fiasco
finally got accomplished. It was my first RM and everything went haywire before the signing--couldn't get docs because TC's computors went down, Lender calling to see if I received them yet, SA in a total fog about it all because TC and lender were c alling me not them etc. After I did get the docs we drove out and the signing went well. The very informed daughter made it all go well.
You always want to make sure the first one is good to give you some confidence but I really had my doubts for awhile.Now that the bullet is bitten I wouldn't be so panick stricken with the next.

Today will be a breeze.
