Got a question

Got a call to sign an adoption paper, just one notarized sig., the husband and wife live 3 hours away and are not going to be there, but the social worker will be. Don't they have to be there to sign? I usually just do loan signings so I'm alittle behind on the other signings.

Ho, the prospective adoptive parents don't have to be there to have their doctor sign. Why would they?r As long as somebody brings the doc to the signing, ....
