Has anybody else received an e-mail from Richmond
Title regarding Spanish-speaking notaries? I want to make sure it isn't a virus.

Feel Free to email me directly if anyone wants that lead
Heads up, however, that Richmond Title requires a ton of fax backs.

Re: faxbacks: not necessarily true
faxbacks are only required for Countrywide and you will be paid extra

Re: faxbacks: not necessarily true
I did two Countrywide's last weeK, rather large packages, but no faxbacks were required. I think it depends where the loan comes from. Countrywide is a bid company.

Correction...Richmond Title does not require a 'ton of fax backs'. They have two clients that require faxbacks and they will increase the fee for this.

I did and replyed. I already do work for them and they pay well. And they do pay extra for faxbacks.
