Have any of you seen this?

Just did an Eloan package for some friends....the first page is an All Purpose Ack., not attached to anything! In the instructions, it states to fill out this Ack. and return. But what am I notarizing??? I just left them a message...curious if anyone else has seen this? No one has ever asked me to do that....thanks!

Many loan doc packages have acknowledgements floating around in them. You know by CA notary law you can't fill this in unless it is attached to a document. Just ignore it.

I Have done some of these lately and always return the ack blank and put on note on the checklist that is included saying that I could not complete the ack without a document to attach it to. Have never had this questioned.

I just leave it blank also. You should not complete any ack just for the sake of having one available for the TC.
