Countrywide always wants blue ink right? It's been a while for CW.

cyndi, I don't know if it's thier requirement but I always use blue ink and have done more countrywides than any other.

Yes, I do alot with Countrywide. Blue Ink

and usually they don't want the bo's to date anything, they stamp it in so it's legiable (spelling?). See, it spreads, I'm having one now lol Smile

The latest( yesterday) information I have from a Countrywide loan reads as follows: "All Documents must be signed in BLUE ink only, except for Arizona properties (must be signed in BLACK ink only).

I have never had them request to not have the bo date. That's a request I would not comply with. The bo needs to date the docs.
