Hey LilyMD. Was the TPL test hard?

I'm studying to take mine in the next couple of weeks. I'm also trying to get crespa certified. Just curious how hard the test was.

It wasn't as difficult as I had imagined but "it ain't easy!" Where are you signed up? I did my study with a one day "show up" and then study was homebased until test time. Of course, this was Nov. 2003.

Maryland Land and Title...

It's a 30 hour course with a 2 day in class the rest you do on your own.

Because I hold an insurance license in another state, I was told I could have waived the class, but I'm so glad I didn't. It was worth the headache just for the refresher.

I'm going to get mine in Marlyand and then get mine in VA. Glad I don't have to go thru it twice! I hate taking tests.
