You should be able to control that with your spam controls. Most isp's mail can handle that for you.

You may be seeing spam coming in from another board. This one does not have an email feature to it. Did you mean in another post that you left an email and people started writing to you? Or that spam started coming asa a result of it?

I receive little to no spam in my notary mail box. I have never recieved any related to any of the notary boards I am on as far as I can tell. That being said, being public with our email addresses and all it takes is for one malicious person to put our email addresses somewhere and that will be that.
I have used Yahoo mail since there has been a Yahoo and Ifind that their spam controls are excellent. I am sure the other services are just as good if not better, but I have not tried them. I do have my controls set in my notary box so I can review spam in a separate inbox as now and then a lenders email is identified as spam. My personal box I have set to reject spam altogether.

I have been getting close to 100 spam mail a day. the account (yahoo) is one I only use for signings. This has been going on for about a month. I don't know how the spammers got it, it is annoying, but it does all go to my spam box. I hope it will eventually slow up.
