I did a search in DE...........
I have not found anyone that claims to be an attorney for Delaware but they are serving Delaware to do closings. It is an attorney state, helllllloooooooo.
Okay, I'm bored, waiting for my husband to take me out to dinner. I thought only women took 3 days to get ready.

I heard that DE is an attorney state as well but borrowers often meet SA's in MD where the signing is conducted.

I do meet DE residents often. They would rather come over the state border than pay an attorney to do. Korey has a great question below, I would love to know the answer to.

Question.....
Does DE require ONLY attorneys? Or can they be employed/supervised by one? In my state (MA) you can either be an attorney or directly supervised by one to do closings.
