World Finance will give loans to people that came here from Mexico. They will put the whole family on the loan. They do not need to be U.S. citizens.

I own a small piece of property in Bollschweill, Germany. I am not a citizen of Germany. I am on the loan as well as my parent and my sister.

Better check your deed, I believe it is Zacatecas.
Also what does the laws of the U.S. have to do with owning in Mexico? Two different countries, two different sets of laws.
