Information on CA Identification.
Q#1 What if the address on the current CA ID was different than the loan property/mailing address (primary only home) and per the borrower the address in the CA ID is their old address. What do you do in this case? What address are you suppose to write in your Journal?
Q#2 I don't need additional information if the CA ID reads... Carla M. Corrales Hernandez and and Loan Docs read, Carla Hernandez because I have been provided with more information than required, Correct?

ADM -
Q#1 The address is not required information for your journal. You can indicate whatever address you wish to in your journal. I personally put the address as it appears on the ID document. You can, your choice, use the property address, signing location address, etc. Again, your choice. But whatever you do, you should try to remain consistent with each journal entry. In addition, you can choose to put no address in your journal, as it's not required anyway.
Q#2 The identification as you've presented would be acceptable. The signer can sign less than what appears on their ID documention but never less.
Good Luck to you.

Personally I put both ,I like to have all the info. I can get if we do not sign in the home I enter the address or name of where we did sign. And the address on the ID if it is diff. Just in case its need someday. I may be over doing it but it makes me happy

I do what Della does, I want all the info I can get in my
jouornal, PLUS on all my confirmations, I make notations about the signing, borrower, SS, whatever is out of the "norm". May be overkill, but better than underkill!
