The Day Dream.

If a notary did not receive payment within 14 days of closing - that would make the notarization of the loan documents Null and Void.

If elected President this will be the Very first law I will pass. Oh Well I can at least dream! lol

Good morning Teddy, I wonder, if a notary sent a

letter of revocation of the notarization stating they were duped into doing the notarization by promise of being paid for it thereby making the notarization fraudulent. I bet that would raise some eyebrows that would get anyones attention. Just suggesting a new technique for some of the more aggressive collectors on this site .
