Kinda slow???
Is it slow here in VA or everybody is going thru the same? Very quite and very unusual.

Just "kinda" slow? If it were any slower, ...
... I'd be paying people to take out mortgages just so I could do the signings.

I'm Not
I am here in Virginia and have had 3 closings every day for the last week. My phone has been ringing off the hook, for signings for next week.

Re: I'm Not Either
I was slow Monday, but then Monday's are always slow for me. I've been steady for the last couple of weeks.
Hope it picks up for ya!

Re: Kinda slow???Well there's hope!
The loan business seems to be picking up in spite of the regularly increasing interest rates. I've had rate increases sent to me several times a day in the last few days. But people are starting to find out that their Option ARMs aren't the panacea they thought they were and with some of the caps, today's loans seem tame. I'm up to doing about two loans a day and you guys should start seeing the results towards the end of the month 'cause I'm not the only one writing loans at that rate, at least in Ca!
