LIES, LIES, LIES....

I'm SO tired of all the lies from the lenders, Title Cos, SSs and brokers that I could just puke! Don't tell me what you think I want hear to get the answer you are hoping for. If docs are not ready, why lie? If the check is not in the mail, why lie?

Maybe when I'm through tonight I will go into detail about my signing from hell today and how the SS & TC somehow expected me to wait around untill they fixed everything. Signing appt. was 2pm, I left @ 3:15 and borrower called @ 5pm saying they had worked everthing out. EO wondered why I didn't stay to complete the signing. Go figure?

I had an amazing thing happen the other day

I got a call to go back out and have an occupancy affadavit signed for a signing that I had done a few days earlier.

The amazing part is that nobody tried to blame it on me as if I had just completely missed it. Apparently someone actually owned up to their mistake and didn't try to pass the buck as they so often do in these situations.
