Late fees?

Anyone charge late fees for overdue payment? If so how much? I see these little notes on my bills that a 3% late fee will be charged if I don't pay.

State laws vary on the late fees you can charge as well as bad check fees.

Click on the link and then click on your state. In West Virginia, I can charge up to 6%.

A flat $35 late fee for anything over 45 days....

Its on the bottom of every invoice.

If its a new company for me, I send a reminder at 30 days. After 45 days, late fee is incurred, and then get a new invoice.

Companies I have great relationships with, I let slide a bit...

Re: A flat $35 late fee for anything over 45 days....

I also have a flat fee of $35. for anything over 45 days. I must say I haven't had a late invoice in quite a while (knock on wood) and I hope it stays that way.

Ok ull never be just a stamped but always a Z to me Smile.... Inside joke and yes it kidna sounded poetic there lol. I do net 15 and anything over 30 days 10% fee and so forth. Anything 90 days late is just unacceptable and i charge 50% and well if by the 5th month (only been there twice) then its double the orginal amount. And yes ive been paid the late fees. Smile

God bless
