Speaking of the above referenced. They have a whopping file with the NJDOBI. They are for a lack of better words... HORRIBLE!

I have lost quite a few over the last 2 weeks or so. Sad thing is there are so many out there that will do it for even $40. I am in San Diego and for anyone to take such low fees in this area it really makes me wonder how they make any $$ at all. It is very rare that I get a signing within 5 miles of me. Average driving to any loan signing is 45 miles RT. I have been lucky several times where the BO live within 2-3 miles of each other, so that works out well. Of course we are IC and everyone has a right to set their own fees, just like our local plumbers ,electricians, etc. Just wish we were not so far off in our own pricing. Going from $150 to $50 is alot of difference and of course the SS and TC will take the $50 notary. As they say you get what you pay for.

50 dollar signings are not a loss...
I always reject their 50 dollar offer and someone else calls me with a double or more than that. And then I say: "thank god I didnt accept that lowball offer from that cheap SS"

My last call was from a co. that offered me $125 for a double email loan. I thought I gave them a good price at $150, but alas, it was too high for them.
