There is a First Magnus in Phoenix. They are a very large LENDER. As far as I know they use a number of different Title Companies depending on the location of the loan. I've never heard of a Magnus Title. Try <' target='_blank'>http://www.magicyellow.com/category/Title_Companies/Cities.html>

There is a Magnus Title in Phoenix.... I know a few people that work there. (They left First American Title.... where I worked with them a few years ago.... to go to Magnus Title.) I've never worked for Magnus Title directly as a signing agent, though, so don't have any input for you on their payment practices.
