PS - I did a search. All Mercury posts were for a different

company.

All comments on Mercury SS appreciated.

Have you been reading about Mercury & LFC? Did you fail to make correlation (Mercury owns LFC, Mercury caused a lot of problems?) Les/CO posted underneath w/full details - it is the same company.

Mercury Settlement Serveces is a full service title company operating out Greenwood Village CO. They are part of the Mercury Companies. They are excellent to work for. They always pay when the loan funds, and they pay top fees. They also offer 24 hour "support" if the SA has any questions. Plus toll free phone, and fax numbers. I just wish they had more business in Colorado.

Re: Mercury SS - Good, bad, ugly?...Les...

>>>They always pay when the loan funds,<<<

Not always. I would agree that they are a good TC to work with, but unfortunately they misplaced my invoice a couple of times and I was not paid until abour 90 days, as I recall. I am pretty sure my case was not the norm. They did pay my full invoice + late fees and I have no bad feelings towards them. After all, we're all humans and we do make mistakes - occasionally.

Just my .02

Re: Mercury SS - Good, bad, ugly?...Les...

I've done well over 100 closings for them. They have always paid me in less than a week. But I'm here in colorado, and I have a good relationship with Beckie Coca. (scheduler). I suppose there is always a chance that things can be misplaced. If any of you don't get paid (like within a week) call them, and let them know. BTW, they pay if the loan doesn't close, or if you make the trip and the borrower doesn't sign. I wish all TC and SS were as good.
