Mobile Fax Machine

Does anyone have ideas on how to fax things on the road? Been doing some research myself but am interested to see if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

Its not slow for me, actually it is faster because you do not get a busy signal or no answer and have to keep refaxing or checking on redial

I can scan and fax on the road, but have not had to because many won't meet my additional fee for this service. Scanning will take a long time if you do not have an auto feed scaner.

You need a fax account such as Efax, not the free account. I pay 12.95 a month and I have a printer/copier/scanner in my car. You scan the documents to your computer and then send by email through EFAX. Works great for me. This is good when you only have a few pages to fax, not 30 pages.

Re: Mobile Fax Machine...Margaret

I agree. I will NOT do 30 page fax backs on the road w/o a hefty fee. The HUD is one thing, all Notarized docs + the Mtg, TIL & RTC is another.

Re: Mobile Fax Machine...Margaret

I have a 50 page feeder but I usually only fax the signed HUD only. They wont meet my fees either
when I tell them, so they always say no faxbacks needed. I have not had to do any faxbacks either
for a long time because I work for Title companies that don't ask for any fax backs.

Re: Mobile Fax Machine...Margaret

This is not for me personally because I think fax backs are useless anyway. This client has some major deals in the works that would require the closers to have this capability. What the deal is, I have no idea as of yet but would be happy to keep you posted.

Hey Sherry! John sent me an e-mail last week

saying that he attached a new notary packet and to fill it out and send it back. But there was no attachment with the e-mail. I e-mailed him back and said something, but never heard back. Was just wondering what happened.
