NEW SIGNING
I HAD MY FIRST SIGNING AND I'M A LITTLE CONFUSED ON WHAT TO FAX INTO THE FIRST COMPANY. THEN THERE IS A SECOND COMPANY WHO WANT THE ORIGINAL DOCS. IS THERE SOME TYPE OF COURSE THAT I CAN TAKE TO HELP ME BECOME MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT TO DO. SO I WON'T MAKE FOOLISH MISTAKE THAT WILL COST ME IN THE LONG RUN.

Do you have instructions that tell you to fax something in to one of the companies? If so, then you should check those instructions. IF a fax back is not requested in the confirmation or in the instructions to you, then follow the instructions on the confirmation for getting paid.
BTW, all caps is considered shouting on the internet. You might want to turn the Cap Lock off on your keyboard.

There are plenty of courses available but I found my best reference is "The complete handbook of loan documents & transactions". It details exactly the type of documents generally included in each loan type and even has little bullets referencing what type of notarial certificate is needed. You can purchase a copy thru the NNA if you can't find it anywhere else. Contact the signing co rep (whoever called you) and ask them to check the doc's & tell you which doc's they want faxed back. Generally there's a closing agent summary of what doc's are to be faxed back, but that doesn't necessarily mean you. It may be the actual loan agent.

There are sometimes two and three sets of instructions that could confuse someone that is new to this.
What you might see is....
1. If a signing service hired you.... they'll have a set of instructions..... .... and even if a signing service hired you, the title company may also send instructions. 2. If you were hired by a title company, you'll see instructions from the title company 3. Typically there also might be lender instructions to the title company (this is where new people sometimes get confused, because in the instructions, it will instruct the title company where to send the doc's.... this is not for you).
YOU are to follow the instructions of who hired you.... whether it be a signing service or title company. The lender instructions are not for you.... they are for the title company.

are you sure the instructions aren't for the
CLOSING AGENT? If so, those instructions are probably not for you.
