I have, but they are cheap in their fees...usually $50-75.

Sometimes might offer a little low, but they do negotiate depending on distance. Very seldom edocs or fax backs. And, you can COUNT ON BEING PAID. Which is a lot more than I can say for many of the companies I've worked with in the past 6 months, including the old stand by "good paying" ones. In fact some of the "good paying" companies have short paid me in my checks. I would work for Navy 7 days a week if they had that many closings in my area.
