NNA conference and continuing education for MD

I saw a thread a couple pages down discussing a few from MD and VA getting together and going to the NNA conference as a group. Someone mentioned that we would get continuing education credits for attending. Is this really true and can you validate it? NNA puts on classes and such for their certification, but those courses are not even available to us in MD in the first place. Is the NNA officially sanctioned by the MIA to deliver continuing education courses for us? I haven't found any info to support the statements made earlier. On the other hand, if someone can point me in the right direction, then maybe it might actually be worth going for a day when we could get continuing education credits. Appreciate any input on the possibilities, which I'm just not seeing at the moment. I hope I'm wrong on this one, cuz I'm looking for 8 more credits by summer...

Thanks!

On the subject of MIA approved classes, has anyone taken any education classes from this company? http://www.titleconsult.com/ Only classes I have taken so far have been through MLTA. Was wondering if these classes are any good.

I was under the impression that the NNA conference did not count as an education credit. I'll have to check into that.
