NSA

What does NSA stand for? Notary Signing Agent? or is it someone who is a member of the a web ring or signing registry? Also do you market your self as a NSA if it stands for Notary Signing Agent on your business card or do you spell the words out? (ie NSA vs Notary Signing Agent?

Also who has the various certifications one may achieve? Ie NNA's cert, etc. and which is the best and why?
