National Document Signing Services - Still Doesn't Pay

I'd advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. I did 2 signings after reading some positive feedback, however, I found my experience has fallen into the majority of SA's who have not yet been paid.

The creative excuse I received from Andrea Joannou was that there was another SA with my exact name and they paid her by mistake. Now even if that were true (and I doubt it), that isn't my problem and would only show what an inept accounting department they have and wouldn't change the fact that they still owed me.

I'm pursuing legal action but wanted to warn other SA's out there.

I still have not been paid for a signing that I did on 11/4 - I have left several messages... nothing!

I did one for them on 2/22. I received my check on 3/9. It was postmarked 3/6.
I did follow their instructions to invoice them on line via e-mail and it worked for me.
I use QuickBooks and have set my invoices to show Title Company as well as borrower's name. This seems to help. Within hours after e-mailing my invoice I received a simple e-mail. Just "thank you".

I invoiced them via e-mail as well. My invoices have never been a problem with any other SS until now. I received the same polite "thank you." But when I didn't receive a check and invoiced them again as a reminder, I received a phone call from the owner stating she paid another SA with my same name which I didn't believe. First, it would not have been the same borrower. Anyway she gave me a song and dance about how the other SA had been notified and would be paying me. That is so unbelievably unprofessional. Suffice it to say, I have not receive payment from anyone.

Re: National Document Signing Services - paid in 2 wks

I did a signing for them on 2/23. About 10 days later, I received a call from them, in which they verified my mailing address, and volunteered that they were sending me a check. I thanked them for the call, and two days later, my check arrived. I'd work for them again anytime.

Re: National Document Signing Services - paid in 2 wks

I was never paid for a signing in Aug. 2005. Seems they don't pay if the borrower cancels during the 3 day RTC. NOT EVEN A TRIP FEE. I will NEVER do business with this woman again. I'm not in the business of being ripped off.

Call from Andrea

Thanks for the info.

I will give credit to Andrea who called me this morning after reading my post. She promised to look into it and if I eventually am paid, I promised to post that information as well which I most certainly will do. I only want what I am owed.
