I think if you will look on the top title bar of OUTLOOK in <TOOLS> look in the SECURITY settings. I think you will find something in there set that is not allowing Links to function. hope that helps.

If you have AOL it happens all the time...
and it's because AOL continually updates their program without asking you first. Very irritating and when your computer doesn't allow it to change your browser settings...you're in AOL Hell. Turn your computer off for a few minutes then re-start. If that doesn't work try running the AOL computer check-up. If you don't have AOL then you need to go to your Control Panel and then Internet Settings to adjust your browser settings again. Good Luck..computers are a real pain.

1. Quit all programs that are running. 2. Click Start, and then click Run. 3. Type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotes), and then click OK. 4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

For me..not sure yet. I printed/saved for next time...
AOL is such a pain in the _ _ _! Their so-called Computer Check up only works half the time. My browser acts up enough that next time I will use your solution..and thanks again!

Very scary how this happens..big brother is really Bill..
Gates and the Google Kids. How is it that mysteriously our settings magically change themselves when we the user/owner did absolutely nothing to make it change? Hmmm.....

Re: Very scary how this happens..big brother is really Bill..
My new Dell computer (at home) does automatic system updates. I log on to the Internet, it prompts me that it's looking for new updates, then asks me if I want to download and install them. Sometimes when I do, some settings get changed.
It's a great service but you sure have to put your trust in the "system" that it's being done right.
