I have my own 'no-no list' and would be happy to email it to you. Drop me an email and I will reply to it. I have done business with several of the companies on the list you refer to, and they have paid my fee and on a timely basis. For that reason, I keep my own list of non-paying companies, most of which have been referred to over and over again as deadbeats.
I have been 'stuck' by one of the companies on the list you mentioned, and don't mind repeating their name: Absolute Solutions, Chris Warren, Tampa Bay-area, Florida.
