Non paying signing companies

Notaries beware of signing companies that are not paying the notary for service completed.
I have done work for both Acme Notary in CA and DCS signing service in the past and was paid on time until Dec. of last year. I did signings for both companies in Dec and Jan. and have not been paid, they are not returning my ph. calls or emails. I called the title company and they were paid but was told they have been getting complaints from other notaries that have not been paid by these companies also. So BEWARE, bussines has been slow the last few months and I think these fly by night signing companies are feeling the pinch and there getting paid and they are not paying us hard working notaries for doing all the work

I worked for DCS last summer, and then weren't paying their notaries then either. Do a search for DCS Mobile Notaries or Dakota Creek Signing service which are one and the same. You will find that non-payment is not new with them, it seems to be their standard practice.
