NotRot message board newbie

I've been a notary for about a year now, and have done a couple hundred closings, but this is my first time on the NotRot boards. I have been a spectator for a while and find most informational posts useful, as well as some of the side conversations a great getaway from the norm.

Anyway I just thought I'd introduce myself to the board and I look forward to participating in the discussions.

Oh, and just to catch me up: Dec 7th, and I love dogs

Thank you Ilona! I'm partial to larger dogs, I grew up having a Golden, but I have recently taken to a cute little Basset Hound that a coworker has - such a cutie. Also love the Great Dane/English Mastiffs of the world. Not a fan of little yippee dogs, esp lahso apsa (spelling?)

I had a Lhaso Apso for years. Her name was Scarlett. I cried like a baby when we had to put her down. She was 13.

My sister has had bassetts and goldens and I have Yorkies that will chew the big boys toenails off!What a combo when they all get together.

Welcome! I did the same as you...was "quiet" for a long time. It's a great place to learn good stuff and get a laugh at the same time...just ignore the nonsense and keep smiling

My personal advice.....

If you don't have thick skin, and are easily offended by what another writes, then you've ventured into the wrong message board!! Be yourself and for the love of all things GREAT........ DON'T POST WITH FREAKIN SOCKPUPPETS!!!!

Other then that.... I wish you luck and am glad to see that you are from IN. I think you may be the first one of seen lately. Now if we can get notaries from Hawaii, Alaska, etc. we'd be a wonderful diverse group of notaries!!!!

What States don't usually post? hhhmmmm.....
