I did a google search using "find a notary" and they didn't come up on the first page.
That makes them a waste of money if you ask me.

I hit the research bottom, in this webpage, for California and showed 196 notaries, at least is good business for the website host......

Re: Notary Database OK. In my book.
I signed up in January and received 2 calls off of it. So I say it is ok. Not great as this board.

I had them for a year, never received one call but I did receive plenty of advertising. I have since marked their email as spam and moved on.
Like Jersey Boy says. If it doesn't come up on the first page of Google, it is a waste of money. No one searching for a notary is going to go beyond the first page.

Not worth it for me
If my competition is not on a directory, then I don't have to be either.
On the NotaryFinder database, the closest notary to me is 5 hours away.
I agree with Jersey.

My thoughts....
If you get an email from a SS to employ you, more than likely a TON of their current notaries are turning them down for business...
Reputable SS's have numerous means of finding NSA's, including several websites, that cover every possible corner of the US.
If they are searching for you (and its not a referral from someones else), then I say, Run Run Run... because something is wrong.
