Don't hold your breath. They used to be fair with fees, but about a year ago, maybe more, they reduced their fees and became babysitters. Fax befores, fax backs......

I am going to compliment them. I actually got a call back stating they couldnt meet the fee. I told them I appreciate them calling me back... Definately was a shock I got a return phone call... Kudos to them cause I know it doesnt happen often

Yeah what a cheap@$$ company. They want to baby sit a competent NSA who knows more than them and much more professional. So those "muffins" as they refered to me once on the phone can take their fregin company and their business and shove it where the sun doesnt shine. Welcome to AMERICA beotch. We stick a boot in your @$$ when you try to screw with us.

$150 fee is too low for Reverse Mortg's

There's A LOT to learn about RM's and so far, the 5 or 6 I've completed have not been unpleasant, but have taken me a lot longer than the usual doc set/refi/purchase. I wonder what NotaryPro is paying for RM - Do you know?

that was a fair offer for a reverse, not too much different than a re-fi...but takes more time sometimes because your dealing with seniors.
