Now What?

We have no Sat pick up delivery here for UPS or FED EX. So I dropped the UPS packages off yesterday morning at 8am. The packages are still sitting there due to the weather yesterday. I informed both Title companies, but as you can imagine they are not happy because the RTC date is for today. I realize the weather is out of my control but I feel like this leaves a bad impression upon me. Did anyone else have a problem with UPS not running? The Barron and Washburn county highways were closed. We got 17 inches of snow.

There's nothing you can do about Mother Nature, we are always put in our places in awe of what she's capable of. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, they have to know when a foot and a half of snow cripples the trucks there's not a whole lot that can be done. You did your part Smile

Want the UPS/FEDX official term?

It's called Acts of God. And don't expect any overnight service to take responsibility for it or credit your account. That's the one service code my husband (FedX manager) doesn't like to hear, because he can't impact or change the circumstances and has to eat whatever charges result and affect his bottom line.
