OT-How are you feeling today

Today I feel like George of the Jungle. Normally I drink half/caff. This morning we made regular. I'm feeling like George did when he saw the coffee commercial and ate coffee straight from the can then ran around at speeds faster than biology allows chattering "java java java".

old lady old lady old lady.

Seriously though, there was a thread yesterday where someone asked if there was a full moon because it was a bit hairy in here. By the way yes there is a full moon. Thought I saw one the night before and rechecked last night to make sure.

Funny, you don't look like a taco. I feeling great btw had an hour massage yesterday and had my hair done. Now I'm ready to tackle the world. Highly recommend a massage. The downside was not wanting to do too much afterword. Who's cooking corned beef tomorrow? We had ours last night. If ya need a great recipe lmk. Have a great one!! I'm Irish, so I should know

Re: Cyndi--if you don't mind.

I would love a "real" Irish recipe. Have some corned beef to make for tomorrow.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Cyndi--if you don't mind.

Put the corned beef in a crock pot if ya have one. 1 can of beer, I used, of all things Corona, that's what I had, cover with water. Add 2 bay leaves and 1/2 jar of picking spice 1-2 cloves of garlic and cook on high for about ten hours. I then add potatoes and carrots cook another half to an hour then add cabbage. I like to cook cabbage last so it isn't like mush. You can do this on the stove also. It takes awhile but well worth it. When I ran a sports bar we would cook about 400lbs of it and every year we would run out. Make plenty, cause the leftovers are great for sandwiches. My hubby took one today for lunch. Good luck! ps if you cook on stove make sure it simmers and you keep it covered.

If you put a little mustard on the corned beef it's much better. I think I'm gonna go shopping. Yay.

Well if I had some I would have also. Something about the beer makes it taste great.
