Oh yeah... My associates Charges....

My associate got charged with:

1. ------- Forgery of Document [2 cts.]
2. ------- Public Officer Impersonate
3. ------- Unlicensed Private Detective

In regards to number 1: He wrote in my journal, under my direct supervision. All he wrote was (1) the date and time of notarization, and (2) the word Affidavit. THE DETECTIVE is saying that this is a violation of law. (He's wrong!! The Governor's Office agrees)

In regards to number 2: Because he wrote in my journal, he is pretending to be a Public Officer. (Yeah right LMAO!)

In regards to number 3: Unlicensed Private Detective because we work as paralegal's for an attorney. Rule SJB 3:08 exempts an agent of an attorney to need a license as a Private Investigator. Therefore, if the detective did his investigation, he would have learned that paralegal's, when working under an attorney, can conduct investigations on behalf of that attorney.

This case is BS....... all you nice folks create a wish list for me. When I sue and become rich, I may buy your item on your wish list!! LMAO Smile

Can you belive this crap?
