Hmmmm....only six docs but this is a huge package. Glad I did not fall for the old - only six docs to sign routine.

The fee is plenty high enough to fax 50 if necessary.

Stick to your prices.

Right, MB...only it seems like every time I hear "but it's only" then there is a problem.

I actually do lower prices when it is less than I feel is right for the money.

Did they say the job was a purchase or refi? Are they saying only 6 docs in the package need signatures or notarizations. How big did the package end up being? Yikes I don't whether to think the scheduler didn't know anything about the business or if they were just trying to sucker you.
