eleminate errors
I have found several document preparation checklist on several sites. Most of them are for the Loan/Buyer checklist, several Loan/seller checklist.
There is even a site that has a Checklist of sorts for a Bankrupcy forms.
NNA has a sample checklist in thier manual, but it fits a few applications not all.
Perhaps if these SS companies that are dead set on getting on the phone with you walking you through everystep of the loan would use these, they would save everyone time.
While the basic mechanics of a loan are pretty much the same, from one title company to another they all have some documents they would like notarized while others dont care if they are even signed.
