Precision title and abstract

Hi all...I'm doing a closing for Precision title and abstract, (Schenectady, NY,) this weekend...anyone know anything about them? They seem really nice on the phone, but that doesn't tell me what to expect as far as payment...any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks and have a great weekend!

As a general rule, I stay away from NY Title Cos., just wait 'till you see the pkg.! NY wants 3 originals of the mtg., note and two of everything else. I would charge accordingly. Again, just my experience with all of 6 NY TCs.

Actually, the docs weren't bad, pretty much the same size as every other reputable title company I've done work for. I've never had a problem with NY title companies, I just never worked with this one...maybe if someone has actually worked for Precision, you could let me know how it worked out for you...thanks so much!

I just did one for them today...first time. Haven't found any "avoid" listings on this site, so I went for it...I'll keep you posted about payment and such...(btw: they sound EXTREMELY nice on the phone. Very helpful...keeping my fingers crossed...) Have a good one!
