Premier Lender Services - $50 offer

They just called me for a $75.00 signing including e-docs.....
I gave her my fees and she was very polite as she informed me that in Ca they can not pay more than $75.00.

I looked them up when I got home, not too many bad remarks, too bad they think our services are not worth more than $50.00.

In CA they can not pay more than $75.00??? Does that mean they pay more in other areas or less? I don't know what these outfits think, do they think we should work for peanuts or for the fun of it?

Like I said, the scheduler was very polite and put me on hold for not more than 10 seconds before letting me know that $75 with e-docs was all they pay in Ca.....

NOt sure of other states....

Their fees are the same here in CO. The last time I worked for them, I did a HELOC with overnight docs to borrower for $60. The problem with accepting those lowball fees at EOM, you could get another call from a company that would pay $125...and you are booked for $60. Not such a good deal. They are really nice to work with, but the low fees and faxbacks are not so nice.
