Premier Levels
Hi folks,
I noticed on my login screen where is says my level its not just Premier, but Premier I. Is there any other levels beside the basic (Ie Premier Level II)? If so what are the differences in the Premier levels?
Thanks in advance!
God bless and happy signing.

Membership levels are described in "The Library" (see tab above). Presently, there are only two levels described: Basic and Premier. I would assume (as much as I hate to use that word ) that the "I" indicates that Harry is contemplating different levels of paid membership (premier), but hasn't implemented them yet.

Kim -
We received your PayPal payment on Thursday, 3/9/2006, at 9:25am. Because we must process PayPal payments manually and because we support thousands of members and because we recently sent out notifications to several hundred people whom we've been letting ride for free for several months (Premier Members with recently expired memberships), we have been a bit busy and PayPal upgrades have been taking us 2 - 3 days, on average, to process.
You, on the other hand, seem to have plenty of time. We received your official complaint through PayPal on Sunday at 4:57pm, less than 2 business days after you sent payment. We also received your follow-up e-mails, at least one of which Traci responded to and that response was prior to your post of 3/13/2006 8:19pm - the one to which I am replying. Now, given the fact that you sent payment in the WRONG amount ($xx.95) to start with, two things are clear to me:
1) You cannot follow simple instructions, and 2) You have little patience.
These factors, along with your obvious level of dissatisfaction with our service and the 500+ other signing agents within a 50 mile radius of your ZIP code, are reason enough for me to cancel your Basic Memberships (both of them); some things are simply not worth it to us. Your accounts have been disabled. Good luck in future endeavors.

P.S. My apologies for taking nearly 1 hour to respond to your post. Again, we are extremely busy right now. Thank you for your gracious understanding.

Hi Harry:
My deepest appologies if my post inticed and envoked anyone to respond in such a matter. In defense of NotRot today I emailed them a ? for something I couldn't find in the FAQ or threads. The result: An email back in less that 30 mins with an answer. Bottom line: Now thats what I call fast, prompt, and committed service to excellence.
As I mentioned in the email ... Thanks to Harry and the folks at NotRot for a wonderful website and forum. I only wish there was a similar place in the real estate industry.
GREAT JOB HARRY AND CREW! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK~
God bless.

I agree.... though I am not a Premier member, I really enjoy this forum and services offered by NotRot. The best thing of all though, is the hard-cover journal. My office is jealous!! LMAO
I will become a Premier member if I don't get kicked off the board again But, as you can see I've learned my lesson .
Keep up the excellent work NotRot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
