I have done a few all CITI heloc or fixed loans very simple. Some times they will have there rep at the closing

A friend is going to start doing loans for them and suggested I stop by the local office to drop off biz cards. He did say the do all types of loans and insurance also.

Actually, It's Primerica.

They are a member of Citigroup, a subsidiary like Citibank, Citicorp, CitiFinancial, CitiMortgage, Smith Barney. They have been in business since 1977 and have more than 100,000 reps. I am currently waiting on my Mortgage license with them and have taken the classes for the health and life insurance. Now I have to take the state exam. More study time...LOL.

So far, what I have seen and been taught-- the mission of helping families become debt free and financially independent is cool. Teaching the middle income family how to rearrange their finances and come out way ahead. Pretty cool.

The loan officer refers to them as "the poor man's Morgan Stanley" or "Morgan Stanley for the middle class.

Why do you need insurance license? Do you sell an insurance product with the loan?
