Professional Settlement

I got a call today from them wanting me to sign up with so I searched them on the postings and found only one good response out of several BAD ones. Thank you for posting bad companies as this helps to keep me from working for free or getting into a long pay situation.
Would some one please give me a good idea about your pay schedule. If we can all work in the same ballpark, it will be easier to get the pay we deserve. I have been doing this for over 2 years and would like to work from a set pay schedule.

Hi MDNSA...

Did you sign their contract and other paperwork? Did they ask for many faxbacks? I think I would work for them, but I am not sure if I want to sign their contract because there are too many things I don't agree with. And instead of modifying all the papers and sending it in, I would rather them contract me to perform a job with a separate aggrement, like no faxbacks, a price we BOTH agree on, etc. If you would prefer to shoot me an email with this info. I linked to my profile. Thank you.
