Proposed Law to Affect all 50 states:

I would like to propose a new law to be placed in effect in all fifty states. The new law is to read as follows:

A duly commissioned Notary Public holding jurisdiction within the boundaries of any of the fifty states of the United States of America is entitled, permitted, and encouraged to smack the daylights out of any borrower that they deem is acting like a fool.

A fool is to be definded as any of the following: 1) One who is deficient in judgment, sense, or understanding. 2) One who acts unwisely on a given occasion. 3) One who has been tricked or made to appear ridiculous; a dupe. 4) an idiot.


My reasoning for creating this law is because I really needed it. The borrower I met was being a fool and desperatly needed a smacking.

First, this guy acted like he was gods gift to the world who knew everything. Every time I tried to say something, he would interupt and try to finish the sentence for me (SMACK). I would wait for him to finish, and then start all over again. I think he finally got the point after I repeated myself ten to fifteen times (SMACK).

And to top it all off, this jerk was wearing a T-Shirt with a picture of a rooster on it. Now, I didn't find the rooster offensive in any way... what did bother me was the phrase printed on the shirt. I am editing this for the faint of heat....

The t-shirt litterally said.... Rock out with your #### out.

SMACK, SMACK, SMACK and SMACK again!

I'm going to make a recording and then just push the button. It will say,"You must ask your loan officer." I will have a very calused finger tip but after will not be able to feel a thing.All the idiots of the world come out at EOM!They can't seem to understan even though I give them a form to sign that says I don't know a blankedy blank thing about your loan now do I want to!

Having to repeat the phrase:

How about...

it's night time so it's dark, it's raining buckets and their house is set back off the road. Would it hurt to put the porch light on? Especially when there is no street address on the mailbox (or no mailbox on the street) and you can't find the street address on the house (if there is one at all). You should be able to smack them when they finally open the door.
