Refused - Return to Sender

I received an unsealed envelope yesterday from the NNA stating that my certification (CNSA) is up the end of the month and it is time for me to retest, meaning more money in their pocket.

I sealed the envelope, wrote REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER and just returned from the post office.

Honey, that certification don't mean nothing. I get work without it. Many others don't have it either. You were right to just send it back. It's a rip off.

Wow, I always thought "honey" was a term of endearment, not something to get your panties in a wad about.

Consider the source.

Otherwise it can be.

I'm not a blue-haired grandma or a young girl getting ready for my first debutante ball.

I'm sure it's a regional thing, just not my region.

newlys...

Hi, haven't seen you around for a while, hope that's a sign of being busy.

Satomi has a point here. That term from JudyinLa was meant to be derogative, not endearing...if you read her past posts you'll see where I'm coming from.

Calling a stranger honey or sweetie in this method, the way it was intended is like a guy pinching a waitress's butt and winking at her. If you know someone well, it's not looked at as a sarcastic term but an endearment.
